Here at All Natural Kitchen, we’re thrilled to welcome Gus Guardia, Production Manager, to our team of food service experts.
As a dedicated culinary professional, Gus has extensive experience and advanced training in all aspects of gastronomy. His formal education began at the renowned Union de Chefs Argentinos, where as an advanced student, Gus taught classical Italian cooking techniques to new students.
Gus then pursued his passion for food as the chef and owner of his own restaurant, earning both a loyal customer following and a number of industry awards. He then advanced to a position with a multi-national flight services organisation, where Gus honed his skills in all aspects of gastronomy, including the development and monitoring of HACCP food safety plans.
As Production Manager, Gus is responsible for the development and execution of the high-quality, cost-effective meals, sides, and premixes that make All Natural Kitchen the supplier of choice among institutional and catering clients throughout Australia.
